Carter Custom Unlimited wants to make sure its customers are completely satisfied during their selection process. We offer a number of different ways to answer any questions you may have. BILLING INFO
In order to protect our customer’s privacy and security we will verify the accuracy of any information given to us that does not match with the credit card billing address.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal or eChecks for online transactions. We also accept certified checks and postal money orders. (No personal checks or CODs accepted at any time)

SHIPPING INFO
We use the most cost effective way to make sure our product gets shipped in a timely manner through UPS, FedEx or various local freight companies. The US map below shows estimated delivery times:
The freight carrier and estimated delivery time will be specified upon confirmation of order. Delivery times and costs may vary for special order products.
We allow expedite shipping. Please fill out the free quote form or call us for pricing.
Carter Custom Unlimited takes no responsibility for packages after received by the freight carrier. We require the customer to fully examine the package before receiving. It is the customer’s responsibility to secure the package once the delivery is made. We will not cover any lost packages after delivery. WARRANTY / RETURNS
In any event you are not satisfied with your order you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the original invoice date to the purchaser. Please note that any merchandise that has been used, modified or improperly installed will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all items including special orders. When returning the item make sure it is repacked and labeled in accordance to the shipping carriers requirements. The label must also have the return authorization code received from us in order to process the returned item. Without this authorization code we will not process the order.
All extended manufacturer warranties remain in effect for all of our products from the original invoice date to the purchaser. CCU does not offer any other warranty program at this time.
